The client platform is a project management tool designed by Ottersbrook, in partnership with an online platform provider. It is designed to allow access by team members, from any location and is a secure system. Security protocols include, two-factor authentication and major international security standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.

The platform is exceptionally transparent for teams to operate and provides dashboards for all teams to monitor. Access can be granted to any team member at any level and data can be secured at any level to ensure only those that need to see areas of data, can access that data. The system operates on 3 key principles of activities, sub activities, and tasks.  This process of project management has been operated by Ottersbrook consultants for over 35 years (Hoshin, BOS, 4DX, Lean), but has now been developed into a fully digital platform for the benefit of Ottersbrook clients. Each client has their own area, totally secure, that cannot be accessed by anyone who has not been invited to that specific project, by the administrator. Each client will also have their own administrator to check security and confidentiality, at all times. .
