How the platform works
The platform is simply a project management tool designed by Ottersbrook, in partnership with our online platform provider. It can be accessed by registered team members from any location globally. Security protocols include, two-factor authentication, combined with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA international security standards, and regulations.
Ottersbrook’s digital platform streamlines activity management with custom dashboards and flexible access, for all team members. Built on 35 years of project management expertise, including processes such as Hoshin Kanri (HK/PDCA), Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS), the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX), Lean Manufacturing (5S/DOWNTIME/TIM WOODS) and Six Sigma (DMAIC), the platform ensures confidentiality through dedicated client administrators. Comprehensive training is included via Ottersbrook and also via our online training partner (also system coders), where necessary. Users can log in directly once onboarded and approved, or through this website (top right), once registered.
