PRODUCT & SYSTEM TESTING
There are many new measures that have been put in place to ensure a more robust regulatory compliance and monitoring system in the UK, and in other countries. Robust preparation and adequacy of testing, is often ignored because of a lack of building physics consideration or, pre-audit review. 3rd party certificates that have been relied upon in the past, are also under immense scrutiny now, post the Grenfell disaster. Ottersbrook are placed and trusted, to manage complex and small test programmes.

Since the early the 1990’s, Ottersbrook directors have been fully operational within the construction sector’s dynamic ‘R&D Ecosystem’. We have been active across a significant mixture of materials, technologies, services, regulations, standards, and policy development activities. We work with many influencers whenever continual improvement or guidance, is sought for best practice delivery. We are also a published government support partner for R&D and policy development and deployment activities.

We have completed many business development and deployment plans, taking the pressure away from many teams, at all levels of the client's organisation. Strategy and tactical planning is engrained in our DNA and forms part of every project that we support for clients, either in workshop format or directly with operational and senior leadership teams.

Our project management service is actually, our core offering. This spans across all activities at different levels, but in essence, Ottersbrook is all about managing your project(s), no matter how large or small. Our project management services have run from 4-6 weeks, to over 5 years on more complex programmes of work. Our PM process control, involves numerous agile engagement tools. We can also manage our work with you online via our unique digital platform, to ensure effective communication and control.

EXPERT WITNESS SUPPORT
Due to our depth of expertise and experience at Ottersbrook, we are able to provide expert witness support for your business — either indirectly through your legal partners or directly to your organisation, where we can offer guidance, reports, and practical solutions that may assist in resolving complex matters. Ottersbrook is a registered expert witness with RICS, and we can also act in a determination capacity between clients, if required.
