Due to the expertise and experience that we now proudly embrace at Ottersbrook, we are able to provide expert witness support for your business, either as an indirect service provider through your legal partners, or directly to your organisation, to offer guidance, reports, or solutions, that may assist. Ottersbrook are a registered expert witness at RICS and are trained as determination experts, allowing sensible conversions to be had between conflicting parties.

Support comes in the form of building pathology, product and system reviews, on site investigations, or audits in a factory, that require further analysis for continual improvement or rectification. Support can also be offered when engagement with regulatory or certification bodies, has not gone according to plan, or a product has not been installed in accordance with the specification.

Our expert witness position means that we have an extremely broad knowledge of design, manufacture and assembly (DfMA) and we can use this knowledge and experience, to your advantage, whatever the reason. Our clients often refer to us as a "safe pair of hands" and we are very proud to be referred to in that way.
