Ottersbrook have been commissioned to project manage many programmes of work, based mainly on our 8 key service areas. Our longest project management programme, still in operation, is the well-established OSHA Homes programme where we act as the Project Director for 23 social housing partners, delivering circa 8,000 homes per annum, with a wide range of MMC solutions. We operate mainly across the UK, but also have established clients in Scandinavia, Japan, the US and China, with a network of collaborative partners worldwide (See the Ottersbrook "full introduction" video on our home page, for further information).

As part of our project management activities, we also design and operate detailed ITP processes, to ensure transparency and effective quality control administration, as well as focused risk management. This can also be offered in full Business Process Manual format, which Ottersbrook have provided to several organisations, for the business to then operate under an ISO9001 scheme or specific certification programme such as NHBC Accepts or BOPAS/BOPAS+ etc.
